St George

Our good friends were heading back from a trip to California and were going to spend a few days in Saint George on their way back to Utah so we got our friends condo and met up with them for a few days. We did not let any of the kids know that the other was going to be there. Our friends arrived a few minutes before us and were inside when we arrived. The kids were shocked to walk in the door and see the Huberts inside. We had such a fun time down there with them. It was blazing hot, 110 hot but we did not let it ruin our fun. We played, shopped, stayed up late watching movies and went swimming. Tommy's parent were also driving through on their way to Oregon so they stopped in for a night. We went out to dinner at Outback and then we all went and saw Transformers 3 the next morning before they took off. One of the nights the sprinklers came on so we let the kids run out in their clothes, they then discovered that the sidewalk chalk was turning into a paint consistency so then they spent quite a while painting their hands and feet and leaving their prints. We also drove into Vegas to the outlet stores and had dinner and did some shopping at H&M and some other stores. We had so so much fun and it was such a nice relaxing getaway.
